Terms of Service

What you get, how billing works, and what the work may and may not be used for.

Last updated 12 August 2026.

These terms govern your use of Wonderous Worlds of Words, operated by WWoW LLC (“we”, “us”). By reading here or subscribing, you agree to them.

What we sell

We publish original written fiction and essays under four pen names. Subscriptions are digital only. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are sold. A subscription grants you personal access to read the work of the pen names your plan covers, including previously published episodes, for as long as the subscription is active.

Your account

You are responsible for the email address on your account and for anything done through it. Access is personal. Do not share your account or the links we send you.

Billing and renewal

Paid plans are charged at sign-up and renew automatically — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If a price changes, existing subscribers are told before it takes effect and may cancel first.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Adult content

Work published under the pen name Art Blue is literary fiction intended for adult readers and contains explicit sexual content. By subscribing to a plan that includes Art Blue, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Do not access that work if you are not.

Everything published here is original and remains the property of WWoW LLC. Your subscription buys you the right to read it, not to copy, republish, distribute, sell, or use it to train machine-learning systems. Quoting a short passage with attribution for review or discussion is welcome. Reproducing an episode is not.

What we do not promise

We publish on a regular cadence and intend to keep doing so, but we do not guarantee an unbroken schedule. Serials in progress are published as they are written. We may edit, revise, or withdraw any piece. If we ever stop publishing entirely, we will tell subscribers and stop billing.

Ending access

We may suspend or end an account that shares access, redistributes the work, abuses other readers, or charges back a legitimate payment. Where the fault is not yours, we refund the unused portion.

Liability

The site and the work are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
